Stay away from the Mantri Pre-EMI Schemes. We end up paying almost 100% and with a promise that they will reimburse the EMI till possession. After sometime, they stop paying the EMI. They are actually using your ability to get a home loan to fund their projects.

Mantri developers has put hoardings in Bangalore and full page newspaper ads about a "NO EMI offer" in three of their projects(refer attachment). This might be too tempting to invest. First. this is not the first time Mantri Developers is offering this scheme.
